1. Purpose of the website

1.1 Enevo Cybersec develops and operates SentryOT, a platform designed to provide holistic visibility across process and control infrastructure. This website presents information about SentryOT, Enevo Cybersec, our activities, expertise, news and related subjects. The website itself is not the SentryOT platform.

1.2 No products or services are purchased through this website. Accessing the website, downloading information from it or contacting us through it does not by itself create a commercial agreement between you or your organisation and Enevo Cybersec. Any products or services supplied by Enevo Cybersec are governed by the relevant agreement entered into separately with the customer.

1.3 The website may include articles, news, technical information, presentations, brochures, product descriptions and other materials intended for general informational purposes. We may update, correct, remove or reorganise website content where reasonably necessary.

2. Permitted use of the website

2.1 You may use the website for lawful purposes, including:

• learning about SentryOT and Enevo Cybersec;

• evaluating our products or services;

• reviewing our technical or business information;

• downloading materials that we make available for that purpose; and

• contacting us about a potential business relationship.

2.2 You must not knowingly:

• use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;

3.1 Unless otherwise indicated, the website and the content made available through it are owned by or licensed to Enevo Cybersec and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, as applicable, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, software, scripts, page design, technical materials, presentations, brochures and other published content. Third-party trademarks, logos, software, images and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

3.2 You may view the website and may download or print materials that we make available for that purpose for:

• personal informational use;

• internal business evaluation;

• evaluating a potential business relationship with Enevo Cybersec; or

• another purpose expressly permitted by us.

You must retain any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices appearing on those materials.

3.3 Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, by applicable law or by us in writing, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, modify or create derivative works from website content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

3.4 The names SentryOT, Enevo Cybersec, associated logos, product names and branding may constitute trademarks or other protected identifiers. 4. Website content, accuracy and availability

4.1 We take reasonable care to keep the website useful, accurate and up to date. However, website content is provided for general informational purposes and may occasionally contain errors, omissions or information that has become outdated. The website should not be treated as a substitute for contractual, technical, cybersecurity, legal or other professional advice specific to a particular situation.

4.2 We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. We may temporarily suspend, restrict or modify access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical changes, infrastructure changes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4.3 Descriptions of SentryOT capabilities, technical characteristics, integrations, services or functionality appearing on the website are informational. The features, specifications, performance commitments, service levels, warranties and other obligations applicable to a customer are those set out in the relevant customer agreement. Nothing published on this website modifies or overrides a contract entered into separately between Enevo Cybersec and a customer.

5. Third-party websites and services

5.1 The website may contain links to websites, platforms or services operated by third parties, including our pages on services such as LinkedIn and YouTube. Such links are provided for convenience or additional information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, providing a link does not mean that Enevo Cybersec controls, endorses, guarantees or is affiliated with the third-party website or service.

5.2 Once you leave our website, the third party’s own terms, privacy notices and practices apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Enevo Cybersec is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, products, services or practices of independently operated third-party websites.

6. Contact form, privacy and confidentiality

6.1 The Contact section allows you to send an enquiry to us. The information you provide through the form is transmitted to us by e-mail. The website does not maintain a separate database containing contact-form submissions. Further information about how personal data is processed is available in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies, local storage and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.

6.2 Please do not submit passwords, authentication credentials, access tokens, classified information, sensitive infrastructure information, source code or highly sensitive technical or commercial information through the public contact form unless an appropriate communication channel has first been agreed with us.

6.3 Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, submitting information through the public contact form does not by itself create a confidentiality, non-disclosure, fiduciary or similar obligation beyond the obligations imposed on us by applicable law and our Privacy Policy. If information requires specific confidentiality protections, please contact us first so that an appropriate communication method or agreement can be established.

Enevo Cybersec does not guarantee that the website or its content will at all times be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular business, technical, cybersecurity or operational purpose.

7.3 You remain responsible for independently evaluating information obtained from the website before relying on it for a specific business, technical, cybersecurity, procurement or operational decision.

7.6 Nothing published on this website constitutes a warranty, representation, service-level commitment or other contractual commitment regarding the SentryOT platform or any Enevo Cybersec product or service unless expressly incorporated into a separate written agreement with the relevant customer.

8. Changes to the website and these Terms

8.1 We may change, update, reorganise or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary, including for technical, commercial, security, legal or operational reasons.

8.2 We may also update these Terms to reflect changes to:

• the website;

• our business or services;

• applicable law;

• security requirements; or

• the way the website is operated.

8.3 The version of these Terms currently in force is the version published on this page. Where a change materially affects how the website may be used, we will make the updated version available before or when the relevant change takes effect.

9. Governing law and disputes

9.1 These Terms and the use of this website are governed by Romanian law. This choice of law does not remove any mandatory rights or protections that may apply to you under applicable law and that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

9.2 If a dispute arises in connection with the website or these Terms, the parties should first attempt to resolve it amicably where appropriate. If that is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

9.3 Nothing in this section restricts any mandatory right to bring proceedings before another court where applicable law provides such a right.

9.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The affected provision will be interpreted, limited or replaced only to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original purpose as far as permitted by law.

10. Relationship with other agreements

10.1 These Terms govern only the use of the www.sentryot.com public website. They do not govern access to or use of the SentryOT platform, customer systems, software, managed services or other products or services supplied by Enevo Cybersec under a separate agreement.

10.2 Where you or your organisation have entered into a separate agreement with Enevo Cybersec and there is a conflict between that agreement and these Website Terms regarding the products or services covered by the separate agreement, the separate agreement will prevail.
